This year the IFT will be in Chicago from Sunday July 12 th to Tuesday 14th. As usual, The Ingredient House will be there with the full team and a selection of its manufacturing partners. This year we will be at stand number 1014 and will be there together with Blanver – Cellulose Gel ,MCC Maverick Flavors, EPC Stevia and natural colors, Soyuzsnab with Cultures and Mikro-Technik with Dietary Fibers. We will be featuring cookies with natural stevia to demonstrate the advanced taste systems that have been developed by the EPC Team , Beverages showcasing innovation in Flavors , Dairy products with Soyuzsnab Cultures as well as Cereal Bars with Apple Fibers & Flavors and Protein drinks stabilized with cellulose gel.
