The Good Choice Quality Food and Drink Award has rewarded some of the finest food and drink products in UK grocery outlets for almost four decades. An expert judging panel was comprised of chefs, home economists, food writers, consultants, restaurateurs, food technologists and representatives from regional food groups. They evaluated categories that ranged from soft drinks, dairy, bread, cereal, children’s snacks, ready to go meals, reduced fat, and reduced sugar, just to name a few.
These awards focused on products that offer fine ingredients, great taste and aromas, beautiful packaging and amazing value for price and highlighted the best practice in food and drink products that are specifically designed and marketed as “healthier” or “free from.”
