TIH exhibited at IFT’s annual Suppliers’ Night in Chicago on November 9. We showcased our favorite seasonal flavors with samples on hand for testing, including: Peppermint Bark, Fruit Cake, Sugar Plum, Limoncello, Eggnog and Juicy Pear. Teresa Tomala, Business Development Manager of hydrocolloids, highlighted our newest product offerings including HPMC/MC and our newest grades of Carrageenan that provide texturizing solutions for various application areas while providing different levels of cost savings. In addition, Elizabeth Hall, Sales Executive for our Polyol category, shared with our customers that we are now offering Organic Erythritol, which is trending in beverages.
As always, it was a good show in Chicago and we always enjoy meeting with our customers in person and discussing how we can help with formulations and partner together for the long term. We will be back again next year!
