Sucralose is available in a white crystalline powder form or an aqueous product containing 25% by weight Sucralose.
Sucralose is suitable for diabetics and does not promote tooth decay. It is also heat stable, making it suitable for cooking and baking. It has a lingering sweetness when compared to sucrose.
