Rudi has 24 years of experience in the global food industry in a variety of finance, strategy, marketing and sales positions. He has extensive knowledge of the broad food ingredient categories of sweeteners, hydrocolloids and dietary fibers, as well as specialty nutrition, organic, and non GMO products. He has a solid understanding of how to bring new ingredients to market and how to position them in front of target key food and beverage manufacturers.
Rudi also has a special understanding of the dynamics within the beverage, dairy and baked goods market segments. Prior to his time in the food industry, he spent a few years with a leading management consulting practice after earning his MBA from University of Chicago, and undergraduate from University of Illinois.
