Graham Hall 
Chief Executive Officer


Graham has over 30 years of experience in the global food industry having worked in many countries around the world and has always formed close working partnerships with customers he serves. Buyers have responded well to his commitment to quality and service which he believes are the cornerstone of creating a partnership between buyer and seller.

He has demonstrated creativity throughout his career and regularly tables innovative product concepts to food & beverage users demonstrating the added value of a strategic partner who understands the brand objectives of customers. He is regarded as a leading expert in development of key strategic customer partnerships and strives to achieve that WIN-WIN position where both the customers and our own growth objectives are met. He was educated in England to the Advanced Level in Economic & Social History, Sociology & Economics before launching his career.


Rudi van Mol  
President & Chief Operating Officer


Rudi has 24 years of experience in the global food industry in a variety of finance, strategy, marketing and sales positions. He has extensive knowledge of the broad food ingredient categories of sweeteners, hydrocolloids and dietary fibers, as well as specialty nutrition, organic, and non GMO products. He has a solid understanding of how to bring new ingredients to market and how to position them in front of target key food and beverage manufacturers.

Rudi also has a special understanding of the dynamics within the beverage, dairy and baked goods market segments. Prior to his time in the food industry, he spent a few years with a leading management consulting practice after earning his MBA from University of Chicago, and undergraduate from University of Illinois.

Janet Timko 
Vice President Sales - Key Accounts


Janet has 15 years of experience working together with customers around the world and passionately believes that listening to customers is the key to her success.  Her background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition and over a decade of experience working in the food industry for major multinationals based in USA and Europe. She has a deep knowledge in sweeteners and has worked with the full range of products and is able to help customer's select new natural products that work in their formulations as well as traditional cost focused solutions.

 


 

Jeff Lewis  
VP Quality Assurance


Jeff has over 34 years of experience in the Chemical/Food/Pharmaceutical Industry & extensive knowledge within the Sweetener business. Jeff is a Quality & Regulatory professional with expertise in EU, FDA & WHO Requirements and for many years company representative on the Scientific & Regulatory committees for IFIC (International Food Information Council) & ISA (International Sweetener Association). He is also an IRCA (International Register of Certified Auditor) QMS Lead Auditor with auditing experience in many countries around the world for Raw Material Suppliers & Manufacturing/Packaging Partners.

In his previous role Jeff was part of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team & responsible for the selection, development, validation & approval of key strategic Supply Chain Partners. Continuous Improvement & Customer Focus activities are key working practices required in a diverse multicultural business world. Jeff was educated at Newcastle University, UK, Analytical Chemistry Degree level & Reading University, UK, IRCA QMS Lead Auditor.

Peter Brown  
VP Marketing and Strategic Business Development


Peter has over 25 years experience working in multi-national organizations specializing in both the chemicals and food ingredient businesses. Peter has worked in production as well as in marketing roles and understands customer needs from many perspectives. At BASF he worked on strategic alliances, product strategies and investment planning for vitamins. Peter was Global Marketing Director at Nutrinova and implemented a new approach to gain market insights and understanding customers' needs, leading to sustained business growth under competitive market conditions. He joined Giract consultancy as a Partner in 2007 where he led projects investigating market dynamics and strategic issues in a wide variety of food ingredients.
