			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In August TIH announced a change in responsibilities within the team to be able to better respond to higher customer demands on its growing range of ingredients. Dave McMurray moves into sales as VP Sales New Business Development where he will lead the process of new business growth over the growing range of customers &amp; ingredients. Commenting on the move Graham Hall says “we are growing quite fast both in terms of our range of ingredients offered as well as the number of customers wanting our particular offering of high quality ingredients with premium service at affordable price points. By having Dave focus upon the process of growth as well as managing personally some of our customer portfolio we ensure our growth is well managed and strategically aligned with our overall objectives”. Alongside Dave will be Janet Timko as VP Sales Key Accounts who will focus both upon the growth of our US operation as well as managing some of the Key Customers relationships TIH has built over many years. As Hall says “our numbers are growing and so are our resources to manage the business customers entrust us with”.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On the 15 th July 2011 The FDA returned a ‘no objections’ letter to the manufacturer of RightSweet Stevia’s GRAS determination in accordance to the FDA regulation 21 CFR 170.36 (62FR 18938;April 17 1997). This gives customers of The Ingredient House a very clear determination upon the use of RightSweet Stevia in the market.</p>
<p>Rebaudioside A is obtained from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni) through extraction and multiple purification steps. The specification of the product includes 97% by weight Reb A. Our manufacturing partner on this ingredient has invested heavily to ensure the highest quality of manufacturing facilities &amp; this ensures the highest quality product. Speaking on behalf of TIH, Rudi van Mol comments, “We have been working towards this appointment for some time and our determination to succeed in this sector is evident by our appointments of Kayane Janjigian &amp; Clement Opawumi, two very experienced individuals. Gelymar is a first class manufacturer and one we believe will help us create a significant presence in the market for Hydrocolloids”. He has significant experience with hydrocolloids, as well as polyols, having held technical positions in both FMC &amp; SPI Polyols. Commenting upon his appointment, Graham Hall said, “Clement adds a very special quality to the team as an individual who can assist customers with product development by utilizing his technical expertise, as well as helping them with their supply chain through his management of customer sales”. Clement will be based in Delaware at a home office.</p>
